Fred has a long passion for food. He grew up working at Volante Farm in Needham, MA. After decade in the restaurant business working at almost every restaurant in the Back Bay and MFA-Boston, he discovered business dining. The menu changes every day and rarely repeats. He was addicted and had great success running the cafes of RSA Security, Takeda, Verizon, Alkermes and Baupost Group. After being productive during Covid at City Fresh Foods, he decided to open Harvest Cloud Café.
Fred noticed that many corporate cafes never reopened after Covid because of the hybrid work environment. He created Harvest Cloud Café "Your Corporate Café Delivered" to offer all the services without the expense of an onsite café. Employees order their meals by 11 AM and it is delivered along with catering and office snacks before noon. Team lunches, theme parties and corporate events are curated to perfection.
